Fantastic Hotel Experience

I really enjoyed the animation team. They offered various morning activities. Night shows were entertaining and great. Ms Alia was especially helpful and always available. I appreciated her constant attention and support.

The hotel needs better labeling of food. There was no gluten-free menu and nothing was labeled, so it was not clear what foods contained gluten. This made it difficult with dietary restrictions to navigate the buffet.

The hotel stands a short 5-minute drive from the airport. This made transfers quick and easy. It is near SOHO Square. The walk takes only about 10 minutes. Several shops and a small supermarket are also nearby for added convenience.

The main restaurant has super sweet and helpful staff. It offers a fine selection. Something exists for everyone. There are two other restaurants. These require payment and are not part of the all-inclusive plan.

Mohamed Hassan was especially attentive at the pool. He always ensured we had towels and comfortable deckchairs. The resort felt clean. Every staff member.

Check-in was smooth and bags were taken to the room on a buggy. that was a nice touch!!! one of the pools is heated. This was great. the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast included many different pastries and breads. the egg station was great for omelettes.

the hotel store offered a limited selection of items.
